Garbage & recycling pick-up is provided weekly in the Village of Hatley. Pick-up is every Friday. Most residents put their dumpsters out late Thursday evening or early Friday morning. Pick-up is any time after 6:00 a.m. on Fridays. The Village of Hatley complies with State of Wisconsin mandates regarding recycling. You may use sturdy cardboard boxes or plastic crates to hold your recyclables. Plastics, tin, glass, and aluminum may be co-mingled. The annual charge for garbage & recycling service is placed on the tax roll for the upcoming years’ service. The service includes a Spring and Fall Clean-up whereby village residents may dispose of large items (old furniture and certain appliances) at no extra charge.
